Pilot programme
Apply to become a pilot partner
We are inviting a limited number of UK care providers, kitchens and food businesses to help shape the first AFPS product and evaluate specialist-food workflows in controlled pilot settings.
Ideal partners
Are you operating where specialist food gets complex?

- Care home groups
- Nursing homes
- Central kitchens
- Contract caterers
- Specialist food manufacturers
- Hospital-adjacent food operations
Pilot benefits
- Early access to the platform and roadmap
- Direct founder support
- Opportunity to shape product design
- Priority access to future releases
- Potential commercial advantage as an early adopter

Pilot partners will help test the workflow in real operating conditions, providing structured feedback on usability, implementation and evidence requirements.
Pilot eligibility
We are initially prioritising UK organisations that:

- Produce texture-modified meals or have a clearly identified specialist-food need
- Have an appropriate kitchen or production environment
- Can nominate catering and food-safety contacts
- Are willing to provide structured operational feedback
- May be open to a paid pilot, non-binding LOI or future commercial discussion, subject to agreed terms and approvals
What pilot partners receive
- Discovery and workflow-mapping session
- Opportunity to influence product requirements
- Early visibility of development milestones
- Priority consideration for prototype demonstrations
- Written pilot scope before activity starts
- Potential early-adopter commercial advantage, subject to validation
What AFPS needs from pilots
- A nominated operational lead
- Access to non-confidential workflow information
- Feedback on usability and operational fit
- Agreement on what evidence can be collected
- Separate permission for any anonymised case study or public reference
Possible commercial pathway
If agreed operational and technical criteria are met, pilot organisations may be invited to discuss a non-binding Letter of Intent, paid pilot, conditional pre-order, future lease or equipment purchase. No commitment is implied by submitting an enquiry.
